Winwin Namibia Holdings Pty (Ltd) a 100% Namibian owned, BEE certified company that started to trade as of November 2006.
The Win-Win Group traded as a closed corporation from inception until November 2016. We changed our trading status to a PTY (LTD). Our new level allows us to be more compliant with acceptable good corporate governance practices.
For more than a decade, we provided a very successful holistic service offering to a broad and diverse client base, including the private sector, government, and state-owned enterprises in Namibia.
Being Owner-Managed, we take pride in providing day-to-day inputs into the company’s operational management and client servicing.
Our senior management team collectively has more than four decades of experience in brand management, research and print production both locally and internationally. As a result, we remain hands-on with high-level client service, the development and implementation of effective advertising, marketing and communication strategies, and the training, development and retention of our client’s staff.
Our success is rooted in our strategic approach and backed by the belief that no client deserves a “cut and paste” solution to their challenges.

As a result, our business has the following departments
RESEARCH AND STRATEGY
Often referred to as the engine room, the Research and Strategy department consists of three full-time employees with a minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in economics and research.
This department takes the lead in liaising with clients. They ensure that all communication relating to the execution and costing of the jobs flows according to the agreed plans between client and agency.
DESIGN AND STUDIO
This department is responsible for all the agency’s creative outputs, including the managing and maintenance of digital campaigns.
This department employs a total staff complement of three people, all with a minimum of a certificate in design and technology.
PRODUCTION AND ROADSHOWS
This department is responsible for all our print production as well as roadshows and in-store promotions.
